Brown sausage and remove from pan. Saute onion and
garlic in 1 T. of the sausage drippings.
Mix sausage, onion, garlic, tomatoes, beef broth,
tomato sauce, wine, water, carrots, pepper, basil,
oregano, and parsley in a large stock pot. Bring
to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in
zucchini and tortellini and simmer for another 35-
40 minutes.
