Dissolve Yeast in warm water in large bowl. Stir in
Sugar, potatoes,shortening,eggs, salt,and 3cups of
flour.Beat until smooth. mix in 2 more cups of flour
until easy to handle.
turn onto lightly floured board and knead until
smooth ( do not use more then total of 7 cups of
flour) ( 1/4 Dough makes 16 crescent rolls )
Place in clean greased bowl cover tightly
refrigerate 8 hours up to 5 days Shape Rolls &
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
