1 can Black Beans

Instructions |
|
|
Marinate duck in wine, lemon juice, Worcestershire, red wine vinegar, and brown sugar.

Saute onion and garlic. Add duck and sear. Add marinade, tomatoes, beans.
|

Cover and simmer till duck is cooked through.
|

|
Prepare couscous. Serve together.
