Instructions |

|
After the turkey has been cooked, removed from the pan, and is resting, use wisk to mix drippings.
|
|
|
With pan still over oven burner(s) on low heat, add a little flour, a bit at a time, over 5 to 10 minutes or so. Stir on and off.
|
|
|
If fat separates, use bread to soak up grease, and give (when cool) to dogs.
|
|
|
Add broth or juice from cooking of giblets, liver, and heart if desired.
