1 lb. ground beef or turkey (or TVP for you veggies)
1 T chili powder (or to taste)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp curry
Two 10 1/2 oz. cans of condensed tomato soup
1 can kidney beans
Instructions
Brown meat with onion and garlic, add rest of ingredients except beans, stir, add kidney beans - simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
The tomato soup instead of tomatoes gives it a little sweetness. The curry is optional because one time I added it by mistake and the chili came out awesome, but my husband didn't like it anymore, so if you like curry go for it, if not, add some cumin instead.
