in mixing bowl combine- 2-3 slices of bread (shredded), 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1/2 teaspoon salt, sprinkle of pepper, 1 cup of milk, 1 egg and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. mix then add in 1 pound ground beef and mix all together.
