Butter baking dish. Separate out dough from a flaky biscuit dough can (pillsbury, etc.). Split in 1/2. Flatten dough and put small apple slices in the middle. Sprinkle with splenda and cinnamon. Roll up so it forms a ball and put it seam side down. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup splenda, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup melted butter and 2 tspn vanilla. Pour over dumplings. Sprinkle dumplings wiht cinnamon. Bake 20 minutes then flip them over and bake 20 minutes more. TO DIE FOR! Serve with powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream and just as is.
