1 block cracker barrel xtra sharp cheddar (cut into 1/4 inch cubes)
1 cup mayonnaise ,(I use Helmann's light)
2 Tablespooons white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Trim off the large leaves from the broccoli stem. Remove the tough stalk at the end and wash broccoli head thoroughly. Cut the head into small flowerets, slicing their stalks and placing in a large bowl. Also cut the larger stems into half inch cube-size pieces and place into the bowl.
Add the crumbled bacon, onion, and cheese cubes.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, stirring well. Add to broccoli mixture and toss gently.
