1- 4 oz. can chopped green chiles, drained as much as possible
1- 4.5 oz. can chopped black olives, drained as much as possible
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions
Garlic powder, to taste
Salt, to taste
5- 10 inch flour tortillas
Instructions
Mix all ingredients (except tortillas) in medium bowl, until thoroughly combined.
Divide filling evenly between the tortillas. Spread evenly over each tortilla, leaving an edge of about 2 inches on one side. (The space allows for the inevitable smooshing of the mixture as the tortilla is rolled.) Roll the tortillas up toward the side with the 2 inches of space.
Wrap tightly with plastic, twisting ends securely. Refrigerate for several hours. Unwrap and cut into slices at desired thickness.
