Mix butter, sugar, shortening, & eggs thoroughly and add cr tarter, salt, baking soda, & flour. Press into jelly roll pan and bake 8-10 min at 400 degrees. Let crust cool
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and 2 TBSP of fruit juice. Spread on cooled crust.
Arrange fruit on crust. Cook remaining fruit juice with cornstarch until thick and pour over fruit. Refrigerate.
