1 pkg lemon or orange jello
|
|
1 cup hot water
|
|
3 whole eggs, beaten
|

4 Tablespoons sugar
|
|
4 Tablespoons vinegar
|
|
1 Tablespoon oleo
|
|
1 cup marschino cherries
|
|
1 cup crushed pineapple
|
|
|
|
1 cup chopped pecans
|
|
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Let jello and water half jell.
|
|
|
Dressing- Cook eggs, sugar and vinegar until thick, stirring constantly. Then add oleo and set aside to cool.
|
|
|
Fold first the cherries, pineapple, & pecans into the jello mixture. Then fold in the whipped cream. Last fold in the dressing. Chill.
