In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium
heat until beef in brown. Drain off fat.
In a 4-5 quart slow cooker, combine beef mixutre, potatoes, carrot,
ketchup, mustard, serrano pepper, salt, and black pepper. Add
brother and soup; stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low heat setting for 10-11 hours, or on high
heat setting for 5-5 1/2 hours. Top each serving with cheese.
