Beat eggs on high.
Slowly beat in sugar.
Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
In seperate bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
Fold dry ingredients into pumpkin mix.

Spread the mix on a greased and floured jelly roll pan.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
Let cool.
Spread out on a towel with powdered sugar.
Roll pumpkin and towel up until completely cooled.

Unroll and remove towel.
Spread filling and roll up again.

Filling-
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3oz. pkg. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
BEAT TOGETHER.
