1 slab pork ribs
|
|
2 cups vinegar
|
|
2 cups ketchup
|
|
1/2 cup brown sugar
|

1 onion diced
|

|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Heat oven to 325 degrees
Mix vinegar, ketchup, sugar, and onion in mixing bowl
|
|
|
Rub ribs with salt and pepper and place in an oven safe dish. Pour sauce over ribs to fill the bottom of the dish. Do not submerge.

|
Bake ribs for 1 1/2 hours, then flip and bake other side for another 1 1/2 hours.
