Melt together brown sugar and butter and set aside.
Mix together next three ingred. Stir in sugar /butter mixture till crumbly.
Make balls of ice cream and roll balls in crumb mixture. Serve in individual bowls. Keep in freezer until 10 min before serving. Drizzle with caramel or sugar, cinn, butter mixture.
Option two - Spread 1/2 of crumb mixture in bottom of 9x13 pan. Cover with 1 to 1 1/2 inches of ice cream. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Keep in freezer until 10 min before serving. Drizzle with caramel or sugar, cinn, butter mixture.
