Instructions |

|
Heat oven to 425.
|
|
|
Peel, core, and slice apples.
|

Add sugar, flour,and spices. Mix until juicy. Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake until juice begins to bubble; about 1 hour. Remove foil for the last 20 minutes.
