Seperate eggs. Whisk egg whites. Paint crust with egg white and bake 7 min, watching closely not to burn.
Whisk egg yolks, whisk in Eagle milk, add slowly and whisk in lime juice. Add about 1/2 of remaining egg whites. Pour into crust and Bake 15 min at 350.
