10 potatoes (3 1/2 pounds)

1/2 pound cream cheese
|
|
1/4 pound butter
|
|
1 cup sour cream
|
|
1 cup green onions, chopped
|
|
1/2 cup parsley, minced
|

salt and pepper
|
|
pinch of marjoram
|
|
1/2 cup coarse bread crumbs

Instructions |
|
|
Potatoes- boil, drain, dry, peel and mash.
Blend potatoes with butter and cream cheese.
Mix in rest of ingredients except bread crumbs.

bake in 8 X 8 baking dish with crumbs on top at 400 degrees for 20
minutes or until lightly golden and heated through.
