Melt butter, and onion and garlic then saute until tender. Stir in 1/4 cup of olives, chilies, sour cream, soup and mix well. Reserve 3/4 cup of mixture. Set aside
Fill tortillas with chicken mixture, roll up. Place in a 12 x 8 inch greased baking dish.
In small bowl combine the 3/4 cup reserve and milk- Spoon over tortillas.
Bake in 350 oven' for 30-35 minutes or until bubble. Sprinkle remaining cheese and olives over top.
