melt the butter and sugar in sauce pan then add milk,heat should be on high.stir then to medium
add candy bar to mixture and hot chocolate mix,then add the vanilla and coffee stir then start timing. don't stop staring.
when start to bubble slow heat down our it will burn.when 40 min has come . take off and add to a cool cake fast spread or pour be careful its very hot.
let icing cool for an hour
