2 Tblsp. green onion tops & green onion part white part
2 Egg whites
2 Tblsp minced celery
shredded carrots
Instructions
Heat Broth, Salt and pepper to boil. Stir in green onions,carrots and celery into eggs.
Pour egg mix slowly into boiling broth. Stirring constantly with fork to form shreds of egg.
Serving
Suggestions
Great with crackers.
