Place oven rack 6 inches from broiler heat source. Preheat oven to 350.
Using a mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese, crab meat, mayo, onion, milk, garlic salt and horseradish until well blended. Transfer to shallow ceramic baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake 25 minutes until browned around the edges. Reset oven control to briol and broil 1 to 2 minutes until top is golden.
