Heat oven to 400. Coat baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Combine Potato Flakes, Parmesan, Parsley and Garlic Salt in a shallow bowl. Stir untill well mixed.
Coat chicken with flour and dip in Italian Dressong.Coat with Potato Flake mixture, pat until thoroughly coated; shake off excess. Place in prepared pan.
Bake 45-50 minutes.
