In a blender or food processor, combine the cocoa, sugar, milk , vanilla and tofu. Puree until
smooth. With the electric mixer on low speed, beat the tofu mixture into the melted
chocolate until it is smooth and fluffy, about 3 min. Fold one third of egg whites into the
chocolate mixture to loosen,then gently fold in remaining egg whites. Pour filling into pie
crust and chill several hours or overnight.
