Potato & Zucchini Cheesy Appetizer

1 lb Large baking potatoes
|
|
1/2 lb. Large zucchini
|
|
2 T. flour
|
|
2 qts. canola oil for frying
|
|
1 c. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
|
|
Kosher salt
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Peel potatoes, cut into very thin slices, place in cold water.
Cut zucchini into thin slices, toss with flour.
Drain potatoes & dry with paper towels
|
|
|
In heavy saute pan Deep fry potatoes & zucchini.
Drain, season with salt & let cool.
Spread out on large baking pan.
Top with Gorgoazola cheese
on
|
|
|
Bake @ 350o until cheese melts.
Remove - Toss chips & mix until sticky & coated with cheese.
Place in bowl or basket and serve warm !!
