Chop seasoning, using first 4 ingredients, and cover with water; boil until tender. Mix corn starch with enough cold water to dissolve. Add to seasonings and stir well to mix. Pour and stir in evaporated milk, corn, pimentoes, butter, worcestershire and chicken stock, let cook for about 10 minutes. Fold in crabmeat.
