1/4 c bottled horseradish, drained and squeezed dry
1 T white wine vinegar
1 t sugar
1 t dijon mustard
1/4 t salt
1/2 t white pepper
1/2 c chilled heavy cream
Instructions
Combine horseradish, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and white pepper. Beat cream until stiff. Pour horseradish mixture over cream and fold together lightly.
