Combine 1/2 t salt and next 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Roll chicken in flour mixture. Heat 2 T butter and oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
Arrange in single layer in a shallow baking dish. Saute mushrooms in remaining 1 t butter and worcesthershire sauce. Place mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper over chicken.
In a saucepan, combine remaining 1 t salt, juice, and next 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Blend water and conrstarch and stir into juice mixture.
Simmer 5 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring frequently. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 for 60 minutes, basting pan juices every 20 minutes.
