Place pork tenderloins in a glass dish. Blend soy sauce, bourbon and brown sugar to make a marinade and pour over meat. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 2 hours.
Before baking, sprinkle tenderloins with caraway seeds and black pepper and top with onion and bacon strips. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven about 1 1/2 hours until done, basting occasionally. Slice and pass witha bowl of sour cream sprinkled with dill.
