precook squash
press cracker crumbs in 8x8 greased pan to form crust. Dot with butter
Top with squash
Whisk eggs until fluffy. Stir in onion, milk, 2/3 cheese, salt & pepper.
Pour over squash and top with cheddar cheese & parmasan cheese.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350, unitl browned.
