In med. bowl, stir together flour, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 t. cocoa, & baking powder. Add next 3 ingredients; stir til smooth. Stir in nuts. Transfer to ungreased 1 qt. casserole.
Combine the remaining 2 T. cocoa and 1/3 c. sugar. Gradually stir in boiling water. Pour evenly over batter. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
Per serving- 270 calories, 9g fat, 78 mg sodium, 44g carb, 1g fiber, 4g prot. Daily values- 1% vit A, 11% calcium, 9% iron.
