Arrange wings in shallow baking pan.
Heat soy sauce, butter, sugar, water and mustard until butter & sugar melt.
Let cool.
Pour over wings & marinate at least 2 hours, turning a few times.
Bake in same pan at 375° for 1 hour and 15 min to 1 hour and 30 min, turning occasionally. Drain & serve.
