Boil macaroni in salted water with 1 teaspoon of oil added in a 3
quart saucepan until tender. Drain.
Melt butter in another saucepan; add flour; stir well and add cold
milk slowly, stirring until smooth using a fork Remove from heat.
Add cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Add salt, pepper and
paprika.
Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. Serve while hot.
