(1). Stir together-

16 oz. frozen mixed berrie
|
|
3/4 c. sugar
|
|
2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca granules
|
|
2 tsp. lemon peel
|
|
Place above in slow cooker.
|
|
(2). Combine following ingredients-
|
|
1 1/2 c, flour
|
|
1/2 c. brown sugar
|
|
|
|
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
|
|
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
|
|
(3) Add following ingredients-
|
|
3/4 c. milk
|
|
1/3 c. melted butter
|
|
Stir until blended & drop by spoonfuls on berry mix
|
|
(4) Cover & cook on low for 4 hours
|
|
(5) Uncover & let stand for 30 min.
