1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to your liking)
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions
Saute in saucepan the first four ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Cool, then puree in a blender. After pork is cooked, shred it, and stir in this sauce.
