In bowl mix bbq and juice from the pineapple. Place chicken in casserole dish and cover with tin foil.
Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour Uncover place pineapple rings/chunks on top of the chicken. Spoon a little of the sauce over the pineapple. Place back in oven for 15 minutes uncovered
