In blender or food processor, grate up the artichoke hearts. Mix Artichokes with mayo, romano cheese and parmesan cheese. Add garlic, salt/pepper/ paprika (anything else really). Spread into bake ware and sprinkle top with more parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-30 mins (until bubbly) at 350 degrees
