1 1/2 cups dried figs, stemmed and coarsely chopped
1/2 nonfat dry milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp dried ginger
1/4 cup honey
2 eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350; coat 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.
Combine oats, cereal, flour, walnuts, figs, dry milk, cinnamon and ginger in food processor; pulse to coarsely chop; add honey and eggs; pulse until well combined.
Pour mixture into prepared pan; press into even layer.
Bake until lightly browned around edges, about 20 minutes; cool in pan 15 minutes; cut into 16 bars.
