2 1/2 pounds pork shoulder, cut into 2 inch cubes, excess fat removed
|

1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
|
|
1-2 Tbsp chili-garlic sauce
|
|
1/2 cup brown sugar
|
|
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
|
|
2 garlic cloves, minced
|
|
1 tsp Chinese five spice powder
|
|
1/2 tsp kosher salt
|
|
1/4 tsp pepper
|

Instructions |

|
Place pork cubes in crockpot; whisk together remaining ingredients; pour over pork and toss to coat.

Cook on high 4-5 hours or on low 7-8 hours until pork is tender and falling apart.
