Heat oil, saute onions, add taj, laving, mari, elchi, jeeru, garlic, ginger. Saute a little. Add salt and harder. Then add double amount of water for rice. Bring to boil.
Add rice and frozen vegetables. Let boil for 203 mins vigorously. Then reduce heat to low, cover and let cook 25-30 mins.
