4 haddock filets

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven 425 F
In a flat dish, add breadcrumbs, cheese and thyme. Brush milk on both sides of fish, the press into breadcrumb mixture to coat.

|
Place fish in a glass baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
Bake on top rack of the preheated oven until fish flakes easily, about 16 minutes.
