Combine mix, 3/4 c cream and sugar.
Knead lightly and roll out on floured board to 1/2 inch thick.
Cut with 3 inch cutter, cut out 8 to 10 rounds.

Bake in 450 degree oven about 12 mins or until nicely browned.

|
|
Split shortcake layers, spread with a little butter.
Mix thawed berries, juice and sliced bananas.
Put fruit between and on top.
|
|
|
Serve immediatley with remaining 1/2 cup creamed which has been whipped.
