Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Arrange chicken in lightly oiled baking dish.
Drizzle with lemon juice.
Sprinkle lightly with pepper or tabasco.
In a small bowl mix yogurt, flour and mayonnaise, mustard, worchestershire and thyme.
Spread mixture over chicken.
Top with green onions and paprika.
Bake uncovered for 60 mins or until fork tender.
Sprinkle chicken evenly with parmesan cheese.
Broil 6 inches from heat until cheese is slightly brown.
