Preheat the grill(broiler)to high. Spread the oat
cereal on a baking sheet and place under the hot
grill for 3-4 minutes until lightly toasted,
stirring regularly. Set aside to cool.
When the oat cereal has cooled completely, fold it
into the Greek yogurt, then gently fold in generous
1 cup of the raspberries, being careful not to crush
the berries too much.
Spoon the yogurt mixture into four serving glasses
or dishes, top with the remaining raspberries and
serve immediately.
