Put all the ingredients together in a large bowl and stir well to blend. The mixture will be wet.

With your hands form bars about 2 inches wide by 3 inches long and 1 inch thick. As you form the bar squeeze out excess liquid back into the bowl. Set the bars on mesch dehydratoe screens at least 1 inch apart. Dehydrate 105 for 20-24 hrs. Allow bars to cool for 20-30 min.

Store the bars in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or at room temperature for up to 1 week.
