Mix all ingredients together with your hands mashing the mixture thoroughly, then form a stiff dough ball.

Pinch of small pieces of dough and roll into bite-size balls about 1 inch in diameter.

For the best flavor and consistency, allow the balls to set for 24 hours before eating. Store the balls in a tightly sealed constainer in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 weeks.

|
They may be individually wrapped using wax paper to take with you and enjoy as a portable energy bite.
