Prepare to cook brisket fat side up. Score bottom against grain.

|
Combine chili sauce, cola and onion soup mix and pour over brisket.
|
|
|
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 to 4 hours (20 minutes per pound).
|
|
|
Slice against grain. Pour sauce over brisket again. Bake another 30 minutes
