3-4 ripe bananas
|

1 c. packed light brown sugar
|

½ c. oil
|

1 large egg
|
|
2 c. flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

½ tsp. salt

½ c. sour cream

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350 F. Peel bananas and wash them in a bowl.
|
|
|
Add brown sugar, oil, and eggs into the bananas.
|
|
|
Add and mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Then add sour cream and vanilla extract.
|
|
|
Place into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Cook for about 40-50 minutes. Enjoy.
