Coarsely gring cukes, onions and peppers. Boil for 15 minutes in 2 qts
water. Drain, add sugar, vinegar and spices, boil for 20 minutes. Put
in sterilized jars and seal. Process according to where you live,
altitude etc.
Made this first time summer of 09. It is the best, no more store bought
relish.
