Heat olive oil, saute onions until tender. Add salt, pepper and
garlic. Add green chilies and chicken.
In small bowl, smash 2 cans of white beans. Add 1 cup of chicken
broth, combine. Add smashed beans, regular beans, oregano,
cumin to onion mixture. Mix well. Add 2 more cups of chicken
broth. Bring to boil then simmer on low.
Keep sour cream, remaining chicken broth and 5th can of beans on
reserve to mix in to the consistency you like. Cilanatro can be
added while cooking or as a garnish.
